What You'll Do

  • Assess injured workers to determine the best way to help them get back to work, ensuring a smooth transition to recovery.
  • Visit workplaces to gain an understanding of the challenges faced by injured workers, fostering collaboration and prevention.
  • Provide clinical opinions and justification to insurers through report writing, showcasing expertise and professionalism.
  • Educate workplaces on how to prevent workplace injuries, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Case manage complex injuries and liaise with treating doctors and health professionals, demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team, supporting injured workers throughout their rehabilitation journey. You will become a rehab expert, advocating for participants and educating them on their path to recovery.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • AHPRA or ESSA registration and tertiary degree.
  • A commitment to excellence, with a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • An innovative approach, bringing new ideas to the table and contributing to our company's success.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
