Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, responding to daily enquiries, and assisting with front desk transactions.
">As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with our property management system (StarRez) to maintain accurate student data, monitoring resident safety and well-being, and escalating concerns as required.
">This role requires strong communication skills, good attention to detail, solid computer skills, and a 'we care' attitude. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Completion of a National Police Check within the last 3 months">
- Working with Children's Check">
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand">
- Real Estate Qualifications (if applicable at property)">
