This is a unique opportunity for experienced engineers to lead and manage a Mechanical trades team in a dynamic Maintenance and Utilities – Maintenance Services Team. The team provides essential engineering and maintenance support services on the CSL Behring Broadmeadows site.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electromechanical or Process Engineering and at least 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance engineering position. Previous experience in a supervisory role overseeing contractors or trades is highly desirable.

We are looking for someone who can provide technical advice in Manufacturing facilities on-site, develop close working relationships with personnel in Operations, Electrical & Instrumentation, System Owner Group, Planning & Support Group, and Quality. The successful candidate will also maintain training and documentation relevant to the mechanical team.
