Construction Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Lead to oversee the delivery of our construction projects.

This role involves controlling and leading onsite teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and that work is planned and executed according to established timelines.
  • Proactively resolve build issues, liaise with clients, and ensure high standards of WHS compliance on site.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor managing Class 1 buildings.
  • Industry experience with significant exposure to trades, suppliers, and clients.
  • General Construction Induction course/White card (mandatory).

Able to communicate professionally, with a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks undertaken. Strong understanding of WHS requirements and conflict resolution skills.
