Role Overview:

As an Early Childhood Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement kindergarten programs within a long day care environment. This position requires collaboration with the leadership team to create a rich and varied educational program that includes community excursions and in-house activities.

Sparrow Early Learning Bentley is a nurturing and inviting boutique service, accommodating only 37 children. We provide early education and care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years, ensuring a high-quality learning environment that supports each child's individuality and fosters positive relationships with families and children.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) and TRBWA Registration
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current and Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certifications, including training in Asthma and Anaphylaxis
  • Experience with children of varying abilities and interests
