Job Overview

Delivering exceptional individualized care to older adults requires a unique blend of compassion, skill, and leadership. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of quality care to our residents.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading staff, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the day-to-day care of residents. They will work closely with the Clinical Manager, Managers, Resident Nurses, Care staff, and Client Services Officer to ensure occupancy, leadership of care staff, and delivery of quality clinical care.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as an RN in a leadership position
  • Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care and/or retirement living
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools
  • Leading and supervising
  • Writing and reporting
  • High level of effective communication
  • Planning and organising
  • Deciding and initiating action
  • Demonstrated experience in contributing to a positive workplace culture
  • Current driver's license
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Current NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain)
