Our organisation provides exceptional care for individuals experiencing severe to very severe Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD) in a small cottage environment.
We prioritise the needs of our residents, offering tailored individual support and creating a home away from home. Our team works collaboratively with experts in dementia care to deliver high-quality care and support.
Your Role- Provide personal and domestic support to residents in their own homes
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop behaviour support plans and strategies
- Participate in comprehensive weekly reviews of residents and contribute to their care planning
- Engage in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in dementia care
- Hold a Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care
- Have experience in dementia care, NDIS, or complex needs
- Be a permanent resident, Australian citizen, or hold unlimited work rights
- Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative
