Job Title

Administration Officer

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Administration Officer at a prestigious academic institution.

As an Administration Officer, you will provide general administrative support, record management, and manage the flow of information.

You will also be responsible for organising and coordinating events, teaching workshops, and exam days within the university's health institute.

In addition, you will liaise with other university elements and external organisations/agencies as required.

You will oversee the onboarding and ongoing sessional timetable and timesheet management of casual academic staff.

Furthermore, you will maintain/monitor expenditure in conjunction with academics/phase leads.

Finally, you will assist with exam proctoring and assessment.

Key Responsibilities
