About Our Graduate Program

You will be employed as a full-time permanent staff member at our Sydney office.

The structured program runs for two years and includes up to four rotations across your chosen business area.

Hands-on foundational accounting experience, along with support from mentors and the alumni network, will set you up for career success.

Graduates obtain practical work experience and development activities within AMP Finance, ensuring they have a breadth of experience for a successful career post-program.

The skills learned on the rotational program align with the professional study of the Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, which is completed as part of the graduate program.

We provide financial assistance for completion of the CA program.
