About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for a Risk Engineer to join our Paradise Alliance project team, ensuring the safe and secure delivery of the Paradise Dam Improvement Project.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in civil engineering principles and risk management techniques. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects
  • Utilise quantitative and qualitative methods to analyse the likelihood and impact of identified risks on project objectives, schedule, and budget
  • Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks
  • Implement proactive measures to monitor project risk throughout the construction lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering
  • Proven experience in risk management within the civil construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
