We seek a seasoned lawyer to support our team, focusing on the Kuiper project. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys staying up-to-date with technology trends.
About the Role- Collaborate with business development teams in APAC to structure agreements and contracts.
- Provide strategic legal counsel on customer and partner relationships, ensuring seamless cooperation.
- Counsel business stakeholders on legal implications of customer and partner contracts.
The ideal candidate will devise creative solutions to handle complex legal issues while maintaining a business-centric approach, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in the decision-making process.
Requirements- Valid license to practice law in Australia.
- Proven experience in corporate law firms and in-house roles.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent expertise.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to cross-functional teams.
