HR Career Advancement Opportunity

APG Workforce are seeking a HR Advisor to join their clients manufacturing business based in Wingfield.

The Role involves assisting with annual performance appraisals, including coaching managers through effective goal-setting and negotiation of enterprise agreements. The successful candidate will also assist with employee disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and representation in Commissions and Tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the annual performance appraisal cycle
  • Interpret and advise Managers on Enterprise Agreements (EA) and industrial instruments
  • Negotiation and implementation of enterprise agreements
  • Assist with employee disciplinary processes
  • Represent the business in Commissions and Tribunals

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Effective communication capability, verbal and written
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business or equivalent experience
  • Previous professional experience as a HR generalist
  • Experience with managing IR/ER matters
