Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns, change flat tyres, jump-start vehicles, provide fuel delivery, sell and install batteries, assist with lockouts, and accurately record all customer and job information.\
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally, while adhering to NRMA's high standards of quality and safety.\
- Maintain accurate records of all job-related activities, ensuring timely completion and submission of reports as required.\
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency, member satisfaction, and overall performance.\
- Engage in regular communication with team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure seamless coordination and effective problem-solving.\
Requirements
\- \
- Hold a current Automotive/Motor Mechanic Tradesperson Certificate (NSW Fair Trading).\
- Possess a valid Australian Driver's License (minimum full license C class).\
- Have at least 2 years of experience in mechanical repair and understanding of motor vehicles and the automotive industry.\
- Demonstrate knowledge of work, health, and safety practices applicable to motor vehicle repair and customer service.\
- Exhibit strong communication skills, ability to work with diverse communities, and empathy for customers.\
- Display a positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to ongoing technical development and industry trends.\
- Remain calm under pressure and demonstrate adaptability in dynamic environments.\
- Meet or exceed relevant industry certifications and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.\
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks, as required, to support business objectives and growth initiatives.\
