About the Role

Supporting individuals in their homes with independence, dignity and respect is a core aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering personalized care and support to clients with varying needs, including those requiring high and low care requirements.
  • Providing domestic duties and companionship for clients in their own homes, ensuring they maintain their independence and autonomy at all times.
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with high and low care needs clients, preferably in community settings.
  • A Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or Individual Support (Note: we do not accept Diploma of Community Services, Certificate 3 in Health Services Assistance, or Bachelor Human Services).
  • Minimum 3 months' experience in a related role, with preference given to those with personal care experience.
  • Covid-19 Digital Certificate, Australian National Police Check, and relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid & CPR, Blue Card, Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance).
  • Smartphone, reliable access to vehicle, and Full Comprehensive Car Insurance.

Hourly Rates:

$30.42 - $66.81 per hour, with 10.5% superannuation applied in addition to the pay rate.
