About the Role:

Site Quality Supervisor

The Site Quality Supervisor is a crucial position in ensuring the implementation of quality control measures and identifying areas for improvement on site.

  • Support and ensure that the implementation of the Site Quality System aligns with contractual requirements.
  • Implement a continuous improvement system, initiating and maintaining Root Cause Analysis and lessons learned at site.
  • Closely cooperate and coordinate all quality activities with site supervisors and contractors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring effective implementation of quality systems.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Identifying areas for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • University degree in QA/QC or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ability to drive project success focusing on HSE, quality, schedule, and delivery.
  • Prior experience in quality for large hydro power projects or similar industries.
