Civil Engineering Leader

A highly experienced Lead Civil Engineer is required to drive the design of roads, rail, bridges, stormwater, and general civil engineering projects in Victoria.
The Opportunity- Provide technical leadership in the area of roads and highways design;
- Develop and implement effective design management strategies for multidisciplinary roads projects;
- Evaluate and verify roads and highways projects against current Australian standards and best practice guidelines;
- Cultivate a culture of outstanding delivery within the team;
- Mentor and coach young engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Contribute to business development activities and transport strategy definition.
To succeed in this role, you will require experience in civil engineering from a consulting environment, preferably with expertise in VicRoads and Austroads guidelines.
You will join a dynamic team of motivated professionals who value collaboration, creativity, and open communication.
