Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and driven leader to join our operations team as a key figure in plant management.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily management, sales, operational, and financial activities of Geelong & Colac Concrete Plants in Western Regional Victoria.

This is a multi-faceted role that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to engage with customers to strategically grow and manage the existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
  • Engage with customers to grow and manage the existing customer base within the Geelong market
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct regular market analysis and gather market intelligence within your region
