Executive Chef Role

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery.

This role offers a unique focus on Conference & Events and In-Room Dining, while also providing the chance to support across a range of dynamic outlets within the hotel.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in preparing and presenting high-quality food with consistency and attention to detail. They will support Conference & Events and In-Room Dining operations, ensuring timely and professional service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • A team player with a positive mindset and strong work ethic
  • Calm, focused, and reliable in high-paced environments
  • Basic technical cooking skills and an eagerness to learn and grow
  • A genuine passion for food and hospitality
