We are seeking passionate and compassionate individuals to join our team as Aged Care Support Workers. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older Australians, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

About the Role

As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes. This will include assisting with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, and laundry & ironing. You will also provide transportation and aid in shopping trips and appointments.

Requirements
  • Must possess a current driver's license and their own vehicle, demonstrating a willingness to travel to clients' homes within the specified service locations.
  • A genuine passion for helping older individuals maintain their independence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliability and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to ensure our clients can continue living in their own homes.
  • Flexibility in working hours and approach.
  • A Certificate 3, 4, or diploma in Aged Care, Home Care, Disability, or a related field.
