Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

About the Role:

This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to take their skills to the next level in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Work within established financial guidelines and adjust staffing schedules according to demand.
  2. Gain thorough knowledge of venue facilities, including room types, locations, and capacities.
  3. Drive growth of accommodation services through marketing initiatives, upselling strategies, and staff training programs.
  4. Ensure accurate reservation management regarding deposits, billing, credit details, VIP requests, and rates.
  5. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, local residents, and businesses while identifying new business opportunities.

  • A proactive, responsible, and flexible approach to work.
  • Comprehensive financial acumen, especially in managing profitability and controlling labor costs.
  • Experience leading, developing, and mentoring a Front Office team.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time salaried role involving shifts across a 7-day roster, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and public holidays.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
