About the Opportunity

This strategic role involves overseeing, directing and driving compliance-focused risk management across the organisation.

You will be empowered to identify new and innovative ways to embed risk management into our culture and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategic Change: Champion the compliance agenda, lead discussions and facilitate workshops with stakeholders from SMEs, Legal to Executives.
  • Be a Trusted Partner: Build effective relationships and provide sound judgement to stakeholders across the group.
  • Shape our Future: Mature our risk and compliance frameworks and processes, preparing impactful reports for the Board and senior management.
  • Build Capability: Mentor and guide stakeholders with varying levels of experience, accelerating our risk management capability.

Requirements

We are looking for a professional with 8+ years of experience working in a risk or compliance role, ideally within a consulting/advisory firm or well-established corporate function.

A strong candidate would possess:

  • A strategic problem-solver with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience preparing internal reports for senior management and/or the Board.
  • A tertiary qualification in business/commerce or a related discipline.
