Job Description

As a seasoned travel professional, you will be responsible for promoting holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, tours, experiences and travel insurance to customers. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers will ensure seamless sales processes.

With your expertise in Amadeus GDS, you will facilitate domestic and international travel bookings and payments between travellers and suppliers. Your passion for the travel industry and personal travel experience will drive your success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting travel products to customers
  • Building customer relationships through face-to-face and online interactions
  • Managing travel enquiries, quotes, itineraries, amendments and cancellations
  • Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Attending sales meetings and achieving targets and KPIs
