Senior Technical Lead

This role involves managing end-to-end design lifecycle of Tier 1 infrastructure projects in the water and wastewater markets. The Senior Technical Lead will oversee multi-disciplinary engineering inputs, liaise closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and site teams to ensure best-for-project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex project integrations involving civil, mechanical, and structural disciplines
  • Coordinate consultants across all design stages for seamless delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risks, as well as explore value engineering opportunities
  • Verify and sign off on engineering documents to utility standards
  • Provide technical guidance to clients and contractors on project matters
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and process standardization initiatives
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles, including D&C delivery
  • Strong background in delivering high-complexity projects
  • Expert technical knowledge in civil infrastructure, mechanical piping, or structural concrete within the water industry
  • Ability to verify and sign off on engineering deliverables to major authority standards
  • Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen
  • Ideal candidate would have a chartered (CPEng) or be actively working towards it
