Job Title: Contract and Procurement Leader
The role of a contract leader is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. This position plays a crucial role in leading and growing contracts teams.
We are seeking an exceptional individual with expertise in contracting strategy development and implementation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in reviewing contractual documentation, as well as experience in negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Lead the growth and development of contracts teams using client processes and procedures for delivering services.
- Provide governance over contract services provided directly to clients via client processes and procedures.
- Assist in the delivery of work for clients as required.
- Manage project allocation, foster clear communication, and leadership within teams.
- Support month-end invoicing, forecasting, and oversee financial management.
- Ability to lead teams comprising different skill levels engaged in various stages of a project lifecycle for different clients.
- Experience in contracting strategy development and implementation.
- Strong communicator and influencer with a general understanding of common law practices and regulations in relation to contract management.
