The Role
We're seeking a skilled Senior Residential Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll work end-to-end on stunning high-end residential homes, collaborating with our Director and team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and project management skills.
- Utilize Revit to create detailed designs, documentation, and construction drawings.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects meet our high standards for quality, design, and buildability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of post-graduate experience in residential architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in single residential projects.
- Strong construction knowledge and attention to detail.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
