Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Radio Frequency Design Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge Wi-Fi chips.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in radio design, development, and verification, as well as expertise in IC design flows and analog modeling languages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient silicon development processes from design through to tapeout.
  • Lead cross-functional teams during design, development, production phases and ensure staffing, infrastructure to drive success.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Provide leadership to enable customer success and achieve performance, reliability, and time-to-market goals.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 15+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a similar role.
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering.
  • Expertise in IC design flows from Cadence or Synopsys and familiarity with GNU/Linux development environment.
  • Deep understanding of CMOS transistor operation and IEEE 802.11 standard.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
