Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services.

The successful applicant will be working with a supportive team and speaking with valued customers daily. Inbound calls relate to product inquiries, order status and returns, and quotes. Outbound calls inform customers of their order status or follow up actions.

**How Will You Contribute?**

- Deal with inbound correspondence
- Liaise with staff to resolve customer enquiries
- Conduct activities in accordance with quality management requirements

**What We Are Looking For**

- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building relationships over the phone
- Previous experience in a contact centre desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Administrative and sales experience (desirable)
- Computer literate with Google suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A 'can-do' attitude aligned to continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy
