Administrative Officer Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services professional to join our Independent Family Advocacy and Support (IFAS) team.
The role will involve a range of administrative functions including:
- Invoicing and financial management
- Meeting and event planning
- Maintenance of policies, processes and systems
- Providing information to clients and stakeholders
This is a maximum term position up to June 2027, based at our office in Melbourne CBD.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated administrative and office support skills
- Strong coordination, time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working in a legal or social services environment is highly desirable.
