The RoleWe are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Mackay. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our premium products.
You will work closely with our team to achieve sales and KPI targets, process large volumes of stock, and assist with in-store operations. If you have a passion for streetwear and sneaker culture, and are committed to providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and expert advice on our premium products.

- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
