The Role:
We're seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Mackay, QLD. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, processing sales, and maintaining a positive and energetic store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
- Process sales and manage cash handling
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- Availability to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays
