Job Description

As a key member of the retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional food service experience to patients, staff and visitors at Princess Alexandra Hospital. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality food and coffee products while maintaining a clean and safe working space.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient and effective food service support to hospital operations
  • Maintaining quality assurance and consistency of food and coffee production
  • Leading by example and demonstrating excellence in customer service
  • Ensuring regular upkeep of display points and coffee cart merchandising
  • Fulfilling cash handling and point of sales duties

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization and prioritization
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is desirable but not essential
