Digital Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Designer to join our creative team. As a key member of the design squad, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative ideas for multiple projects, ensuring a cohesive and captivating aesthetic that aligns with our global vision.

This role balances creative freedom with detailed execution, designing content that communicates our brand and values effectively. You will stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to drive brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Content Producer, and other stakeholders to develop creative ideas for various projects.
  • Presentation work directly to key partners, taking ownership of feedback and providing innovative solutions.
  • React positively to feedback, demonstrating a strong desire for learning and improvement.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and design standards, ensuring all deliverables reflect the brand's visual identity and messaging.
  • Elevate brand aesthetics across all touchpoints, including domestic and international markets.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media and industry trends, adapting to the evolving technology landscape.
  • Be adaptable to changes in project direction, priorities, and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in beauty industry.
  • Portfolio showcasing strong design intuition, with skills in typography & composition.
  • Expert in design software such as Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects etc.) and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design and vision.
  • Ability to create simple animation.
  • Ability to work calmly through a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership of projects.
  • A strong sense of collaboration.
