**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Grow Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new land acquisition opportunities in the SEQ region.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and source new land acquisition projects in the SEQ region
* Negotiate with vendors and undertake due diligence on potential projects
* Recommend proposals to Executive Management for approval
**Requirements**
* Demonstrable experience in acquiring land projects in the SEQ region
* In-depth knowledge of the market and strong relationships with vendors
* Proactive and commercial approach to land acquisition
