We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Disability Support Workers (DSWs). As a DSW, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals living with disability, helping them live with dignity and achieve their goals.


Our Mission:

  • To deliver person-centred support that is compassionate, respectful, and tailored to the unique needs of each participant.

About the Role:

  1. You will work closely with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  2. Provide high-quality care and support services, including personal care, domestic assistance, and community access.
  3. Work collaboratively with our team of qualified Registered Nurses to ensure seamless support and referrals.
  4. Contribute to ongoing professional development, sharing best practices and knowledge to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC).
  • Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR certification.

Personal Qualities:

  • Compassion, empathy, and understanding towards individuals living with disability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
