Support Worker

**Home Aged Care - supporting our elderly clients in their own home. This NOT a Disability or Residential facility position.**

**Service Location**:Oberon and surrounding suburbs**

**Roles available**:Support Worker & Personal Care Worker

**Experienced required**:Entry level and experienced applicants welcomed

**Contracts Available**: Permanent Part-Time (20-40 hours per fortnight) and Casual

**Day Shift**: Hours range between 7am - 6pm

**Rostered Days**:Weekday only

**Permanent Hourly Rate**: $28.01p/h - $31.38p/h + super + 92c km allowance + paid travel time between clients

**Mandatory Requirements for this role**:

- Australian Drivers Licence (International licence **not **accepted)
- Own insured vehicle
- Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19
- Available to work a roster between Monday to Friday with shifts spanning from 7am - 6pm
- Live within 15-20km radius to enjoy a convenient commute and support your local community

**Your New Role**:

- **Domestic assistance duties**:general cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- **Personal Care duties**: assist customers with activities of daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals (You will require a minimum Cert III in Individual Support/Disability or completed 1st year of a Nursing course and/or have 12 months + experience)
- **Social support duties**: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings

- Disability support worker wanting to work in Aged Care
- Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
- Community Services worker
- Have been a caregiver for family/friend
