Job Description

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as a Store Manager. This role will involve managing the financial performance of the store, building and coaching a high-performing team, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment, with a proven track record of success in coaching and leading large and diverse teams. They will also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Build and coach a high-performing team, focusing on individual development and teamwork
  • Implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce shrinkage
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to the management team, ensuring seamless execution of plans and strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
  • Experience coaching and leading large and diverse teams, implementing business and individual development strategies
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial management, including wage control
