Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Ocean Keys store. As a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of creating memorable experiences for our customers.

You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, process stock, and assist in merchandising to maintain an exceptional store appearance. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience in-store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Working effectively as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Processing stock, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and assisting in visual merchandising
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience - Previous experience is not required; however, a great personality, willingness to learn, and ability to communicate effectively will be beneficial
  • Ability to use your initiative and take ownership of tasks assigned
  • Clear and upbeat communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A passion for retail and customer service, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional results
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and during peak holiday periods
