We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care, promoting health outcomes and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- To assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the healthcare team.
- To provide evidence-informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes.
- A current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- An understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking.
- Effective interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts.
- Accrued day off each month (ADO).
