
Procurement Specialist

This role involves working with a team to oversee procurement activities for onshore Australian projects. The position is based in Perth and reports to the Head of Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and procurement tasks, including conducting supplier credit checks and onboarding vendors.
- Review and validate invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare Procurement reports for submission to regulatory bodies.
- Conduct sourcing activities, including Requests for Quotation and sole-source negotiations.
- Manage requisitions and raise Purchase Orders in the Coupa Procure-to-Pay system.
- Cordiate disposal of surplus project materials.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in the resources sector. Strong proficiency in procurement software (Coupa preferred) and Microsoft Office is required, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
