Job Summary

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills to fill a key role in our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently in daily store operations, including customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient trading.
  • Oversee inventory control, such as receiving and merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards across all store areas.
  • Monitor sales, assist in achieving performance targets, and implement promotional activities.
  • Step in as acting Store Manager during their absence.
Requirements:
  • Full-time work rights.
  • Prior experience in retail and customer service is advantageous.
  • Able to embody the company's values and demonstrate a positive and curious approach to work.
  • Self-motivation to learn independently.
