Personal Support Worker

As a Personal Carer, you will be providing support and care to clients in their own homes. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
About the RoleThe role of the Personal Carer involves assisting clients with daily tasks, offering companionship and providing more complex care as needed. You will be working as part of a team to provide a high-quality service that meets the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
- Provide companionship and social interaction to help prevent loneliness and isolation.
- Prepare meals and assist with mealtime as needed.
- Administer medication and assist with mobility and transfers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a caring and compassionate nature. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
You will also need to have basic computer skills and be able to use software applications relevant to the role.
