As Ecommerce Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Owning growth: Hold the online P&L, drive revenue, AOV, conversion, and repeat rate.
  • Running the engine: Oversee Shopify performance, UX, site speed, product merchandising, and on-site content.
  • Executing the plan: Build and run campaigns across Meta, Google, email (Klaviyo), and SEO.
  • Elevating CX: Bring the boutique experience online - personalised journeys, premium packaging, loyalty, and VIP moments.
  • Deciding with data: Track KPIs in GA4, surface insights, and make fast, commercial calls.
  • Leading people: Mentor e-comm/fulfilment staff; shape the future team as the channel scales.

Key requirements for success include:

  • A proven track record growing Ecommerce (fashion/luxury/retail preferred).
  • Hands-on with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and SEO.
  • A balance of creative taste + commercial rigour - campaigns that look beautiful and convert.
  • Practical experience across paid media, lifecycle/email, and on-site optimisation.
  • Leadership experience and the ambition to build a high-performing team.
