What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver personalised styling experiences for customers across our premium and luxury collections
  • Support the Store Manager and Owner with store presentation, client follow-up, and styling suite appointments
  • Grow and engage our audience through purposeful content creation
  • Assist with visual merchandising and product storytelling to reflect seasonal campaigns and brand positioning
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our brand portfolio, ski apparel functionality, and sizing systems
  • Provide confident, non-pushy sales support that aligns with our concierge-level service approach
  • Assist with managing VIP customer preferences, wish lists, and re-styling requests
  • Support stock processing, store maintenance, and daily operations with high attention to detail

Who You Are

  • You have previous experience in premium or luxury retail (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle) and a genuine passion for styling
  • You bring a confident, polished presence and understand how to sell through service, not pressure
  • You take initiative, thrive in boutique environments, and enjoy working in a close-knit team
  • You're available 
    2-3 consistent days per week
    , ideally with mid-week and one weekend day availability
  • You bring warmth, curiosity, and professionalism to every client interaction
  • An authentic appreciation for the ski and snow lifestyle is a must, whether through personal experience on the slopes or a deep affinity for alpine culture
