Music Teacher Role

Teach Music to Students of All Ages

We are seeking an experienced and qualified music teacher to join our team. As a music teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging music lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will work closely with our academic team to ensure that your lessons align with our curriculum and learning objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to build strong relationships with your students, colleagues, and parents. A passion for music and education is essential, as well as a willingness to go above and beyond to support the growth and development of our students.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
  • Current NESA Accreditation and WWCC (or eligibility to gain)
  • Appropriate qualifications and experience teaching subjects outlined above
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivation and a passion to work with and support young people on their journey through secondary education
  • Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of a Catholic school
  • Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain)
