We are seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to drive our growth and excellence. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team, blending rich flavours with a modern high-end dining experience.

Job Description">

This dual-role position focuses on driving marketing performance and managing day-to-day restaurant operations. You will work directly with the founder to grow our business into a household name, ensure smooth front-of-house function, and lead campaigns to boost bookings, group reservations, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, Meta Ads, SMS, EDMs)
  • Manage content creation: reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, influencer collaborations
  • Monitor engagement, track metrics, and optimise for virality and reach
  • Respond to customer inquiries and online reviews promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers
Operations & Management">
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in coordination with the chef and front-of-house staff
  • Manage bookings (walk-ins, online reservations, group/corporate events)
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and handle feedback
  • Train and supervise FOH staff on service standards and systems
  • Support in rostering, inventory tracking, and vendor communication
Requirements">
  • Experience in hospitality, marketing, or restaurant management (minimum 2 years)
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and customer service
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and viral content trends
