We're looking for a diligent and organized professional to join our team as a Legal Secretary.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where you'll play a key role in supporting our Partners and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries, emails, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare legal documents and maintain accurate client/matter records
  • Billing, expenses, and practice administration
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and business development activities
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our Brisbane office

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary or Practice Assistant in a law firm
  • Strong MS Office skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organized, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
