As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding customers in the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region towards successful adoption and implementation of our cutting-edge platform. You will leverage your technical expertise and strategic consulting skills to provide unparalleled insight and solution design, becoming the go-to expert for customers navigating complex data governance challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical journey for customers, defining the path to production rollout, ensuring seamless adoption, and maximizing the value they derive from Immuta.
  • Provide technical domain expertise and solution design, becoming the go-to expert for customers navigating complex data governance challenges.
  • Identify and implement novel solutions within customer governance and data provisioning frameworks, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with Immuta.
  • Serve as a critical feedback loop, translating customer insights and experiences directly back to our Product team to inform and shape future product development.
  • Collaborate closely with System Integrators (SIs) and other vendors, fostering strong partnerships that extend Immuta's reach and ensure comprehensive solution delivery.
