Childhood Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education Professional to lead our Kindergarten Program at Moorefield Park Childcare Centre.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and be able to implement engaging learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's physical, social, and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices that support quality education and care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA.
- Experience in an early childhood setting is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, transition statements, and understanding of the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
- Current VIT Registration.
