Early Childhood Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide early childhood education services, including designing and implementing programs for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Create learning assessments and identify key outcomes to enhance educational and care activities.
- Foster strong relationships with each child and their family through open communication, discussing programs, learning progress, health, wellbeing, safety, and nutrition.
- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of two (2) years working in an early childhood setting.
- Theoretical understanding of how children grow and learn, with demonstrated skills in implementing an approved curriculum.
- Knowledge of national regulations, standards, approved curriculum and policies.
- Demonstrated ability to build respectful relationships with children, families, staff and external stakeholders.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
