Clinical Operations Manager

The Clinic Coordinator will provide leadership and coordination for the psychology clinic. This involves overseeing the recruitment, induction, and supervision of clinicians as well as students in practice.
This is a part-time continuing position working 22.05 hours per week (0.6 FTE), 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) in person. The Full Time Equivalent salary range $110,100 - $123,987 pro rata per annum plus 17% superannuation.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day clinic operations, planning, strategy, and evaluation of the student clinic environment
- Organising and assessing suitability of clinic intake referrals for individual and group programs
- Arranging and overseeing clinical supervision of students and undertaking supervision of students within the clinic as required
- Liaising with external organisations to address incoming inquiries and promote clinic services
